You will be reporting to a Contracts Manager to support the delivery of our large contract based from our Strood Depot in Kent.
You will lead and support the work carried out by crews, ensuring all works are carried out by the client’s expectations. You will performance manage the crews and be responsible for communication amongst your team. Part of your role will include completing site inspection audits, toolbox talks and timesheet checking. You will also work alongside the planning, Fleet, HR and HSEQ departments.
Skills required; experience of leading a team, competent user of field viewer or something similar, strong communication skills and able to work under pressure.
